Project Management

At Tamarind Management Team, we offer Project Management Services to assist companies with planning, coordinating, and executing their projects according to specific requirements and constraints. We are experienced in creating and maintaining project plans with project milestones and schedules, with the end goal of completing all projects on time and within budget.  Our belief in clear & consistent communication regarding project accomplishments, payments, and unforeseen setbacks ensures our clients remain aware of project status.  

Tamarind Management Team Project Management Services include the following (but are not limited to) to ensure the project results are accomplished to the client’s satisfaction.

  • Contact development and implementation.

  • Project presentations to the Board of Directors, Investors, etc.

  • Coordination of contractors, vendors, and third-party entities (including governmental agencies)

  • Project milestone inspections before disbursement of milestone payments

Tamarind Management Team Owner & President, Tamara Glover, has over 20 years of experience working with Companies and Organizations as a Project Manager. Tamara understands the importance of coordination, communication, and time management to ensure successful project completion. Her unique combination of strategic planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills has enabled her to excel in the oversight of both small and large projects. 

Project Experience:

  • Managed four grant programs totaling over $600,000 for Fresno City College Applied Technology Department

  • Oversee multiple community renovation projects for Quail Lake Community Association totaling over $1,000,000.

  • Oversee extensive lake bulkhead repair project for Woodward Lake Association, a $500,000+ project.

  • Lead collaboration efforts with multiple governmental agencies to secure lake water supply for Quail Lake Community Association

  • Coordinated & provided management oversight for multiple Community Association lawsuits

Community Management Consulting Services

Tamara Glover has been a property manager for over 25 years, specializing in Homeowner & Community Associations.  As a Member & Certified Manager of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM), Tamara gained extensive knowledge in HOA management that she has used when managing both small- and large-scale communities in California.

Tamara understands that managing an association is not easy. Boards and managers face decisions almost daily that create potential liability. Tamara believes the best way to avoid that pitfall is through education. Through Tamarind Management Team, Inc, Tamara offers a number of seminars and training programs to educate community assistants, board members, and committee members on various HOA topics that can help HOA’s avoid potential liabilities.
